These Terms of Service govern your use of RivalWatch ("the Service"), operated by RivalWatch ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
RivalWatch provides an automated competitor monitoring service that scrapes publicly available web pages and uses artificial intelligence to summarize changes. We deliver these summaries via email on a weekly basis.
RivalWatch is offered on a subscription basis at $49 per month. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to monitor websites in ways that violate those websites' terms of service, or to collect personal data about individuals. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
We collect your email address and the competitor URLs you submit. We use this data solely to deliver the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the digests. The AI-generated summaries are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RivalWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
