We want you to be happy with RivalWatch. Here is our straightforward refund policy.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.

2. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us at hello@rivalwatch.online and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

3. After 7 Days

After the first 7 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

4. Exceptions

If a technical failure on our part results in you not receiving your weekly digest for two or more consecutive weeks, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the affected period. Please contact us to request this.
