RivalWatch is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect your email address when you sign up, the competitor URLs you submit for monitoring, and basic usage data (digest open rates). We do not collect any other personal information.
We use your email to send your weekly competitor digest and service-related notifications. We use your competitor URLs solely to run the monitoring service. We never use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your data is stored securely in Airtable. Scraped competitor content is stored temporarily to enable week-over-week comparisons and is not shared with any third party.
We use Paddle for payment processing (they handle your billing data), Apify for web scraping, and the Anthropic Claude API for AI summarization. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@rivalwatch.online. We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
Our website uses no tracking cookies. We do not use analytics tools that track individual users.
